Teams exist at every level of an organization, from the C-suite to mid-management, from direct reports to cross-functional collaborations. Whether vertical or horizontal, these groups form the backbone of a company’s success. Yet, teams only perform at their highest potential when psychological safety is present—creating an environment where innovation thrives, accountability is embraced, and individuals feel empowered to contribute authentically.
The Teaming Cohort Experience applies the principles of teaming and psychological safety to help established teams break through barriers to peak performance. Through the use of valid and reliable assessment tools, teams gain insights into their current dynamics and areas of challenge. By fostering psychological safety, members are encouraged to engage in productive dialogue and collaborative problem-solving. This process equips teams with strategies to overcome obstacles, strengthen trust, and elevate overall performance.

A flat rate fee applies to the 3, 6, and 9 month follow-up
For cohorts involving managers or executives, a dedicated session focuses on how the team's dynamics and psychological safety levels impact the teams below or alongside them (vertical and horizontal alignment). This ensures consistent cultural application across the organization.
Includes 5 Core Workshops with an optional 3 month, 6 month, and 9 month follow-up workshops. These sessions are used to review the team's progress on their norms/charter, troubleshoot new challenges, and ensure the adoption of teaming strategies becomes a sustained habit.
Cohorts apply the newly learned principles of teaming and psychological safety to a live, high-stakes business challenge or project currently facing the organization. The focus is on how they collaborate and make decisions, using the training principles to break through existing barriers.
A facilitated, hands-on session where the cohort openly discusses their assessment results and collaboratively creates a Team Psychological Safety Charter. This document defines the team's shared norms for holding one another accountable in a safe environment.
Includes teams of less than 10 for a customized, in-depth training experience.
Includes the Fearless Organization Scan before the first training session, administered to target teams.
