Hello! My name is Rachel Williams, the owner and educator at Arête Leadership & Consulting. My passion is to help teams unlock their full potential through the creation of environments in which people are safe to bring their authentic selves to work. My years of experience leading team dynamics trainings has led me to specialize in transforming groups into thriving, collaborative communities. As a certified practitioner of the Fearless Organization Scan, I equip leaders and teams with the tools and techniques to foster psychological safety in the workplace, spark innovation, ask the tough questions, and hold themselves to mutual accountability.

I utilize the Fearless Organization Scan (FOS) to measure and improve the psychological safety within your teams. The FOS is more than just a survey; it is a powerful, research-backed diagnostic tool that helps understand exactly where your team stands; it informs how I tailor each training program to be perfectly suited to your organization's needs.
